In honor of April’s 40th Birthday, we brewed a Lime Gose. A traditional German-style sour beer infused with sea salt and lime puree giving this brew hop aromas of vanilla and oak with a slightly salty finish.

We brewed our newest beer using local Stayman-Winesap apples from Huckleberry Mountain Orchard, local orchard cherries and cinnamon.
“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany. This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City. Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.” This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.
Our Honey Lager presents a unique twist to the traditional lager. During flameout, we add a generous amount of honey made from the blossom of the buckwheat plant, to provide a slightly sweet finish. This brew is our best seller!

Brewed in honor of everyone we have lost, this coffee milk stout is meant to be a remembrance of our loved ones. Inspired by Mike’s late wife, Darcel, this traditional stout has the addition of milk sugar to add a touch of sweetness to balance out the bitterness of roasted coffee. With a smooth, creamy finish this combines a favorite morning beverage with a highly loved evening beverage to make it the perfect blend to use in toasting and honoring those who have passed.

Our next in the Glimmer of Hop series features Lotus hops. Lotus hops are known for its' aromatic characteristics of orange, vanilla, candied grapes and tropical fruit.
This medium bodied hazy IPA is packed with tropical aroma and big citrus flavors from a blend of Citra, Cascade, Nugget and Centennial hops.
This lightly soured ale is full of fruit flavor. Conditioned on blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and plum puree. Thsi sour is hopped with Glacier and Monroe hops for a delightfully berry hop burst.
