NEIPA

If you love a good IPA but usually can only enjoy a few due to higher ABV, this beer we created is for you! Our hazy “24 Hour Session IPA” coming in at under 5% ABV is low in bitterness but high in hoppy goodness after being hopped aggressively with Falconers Flight, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado. It features notes of Tropical Fruit, Mango, Papaya, Grapefruit, Pine, Stone Fruit and Candy. Stop in and get it while you can, with these delicious flavors your drinking session may outlast this beer!
Cream Ale
ABV: 4.5%
We took our classic light bodied cream ale with it’s smooth, silky mouthfeel and low hop bitterness and added another level of flavor! Brewed in honor of Somerset Trust Bank’s 130th Anniversary we wanted to keep it local and in true Somerset County style we used locally-made apple butter to give an added sweetness and caramelized apple flavor to this traditional style ale.
Brown Ale
ABV: 5.8%
The American Brown ale got its start when U.S. homebrewers were inspired by English style beers like brown ales and porters. With a rich roasted malt base that features characters of caramel and chocolate, this ale will have a medium intensity in both flavor and aroma. The hops will give off a low to medium flavor but a medium to high bitterness.
Helles Lager
ABV: 5%
"Helles" meaning pale in color, this lager features a rounder, fuller body than traditional light lagers. It has a light sweetness to balance out the spiciness of the German hops and the slight bitterness giving it a more malty, crisp finish.
Stout
ABV: 6%
Chcocolate Lovers Rejoice! Sarris Candies and Whitehorse Brewing have teamed up to produce this one-of-a-kind stout using premium Sarris cocoa and strawberry puree.
Dunkel

Brut

A champagne-like, light bodied beer with plenty of hop aromatics is effervescent with minimal bitterness and malt characteristics. Cold-brewed Orange Pekote tea was added after fermentation to give it a hint of citrus flavor.

This winter ale is the perfect beer to warm you up in our cold Pennsylvania months. With a big malt presence and the addition of orange peel, clove, all spice and cinnamon this beer will have you thinking of days snuggled under a blanket watching 'A Christmas Story' on repeat.

This classic IPA features malts that give it a toasted, malty flavor with a golden color and touch of sweetness. The Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial hops shine through providing a heavy citrus flavor and aroma with tropical fruit, floral and piney notes.

It wouldn't be fall without a pumpkin beer but we had to put our own spin on it! A classic brown ale featuring pumpkin flavored coffee from our friends at The Morning Grind is sure to make this one a favorite!

“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany. This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City. Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.” This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.
Stout
ABV: 5.5%
This oatmeal stout is sure to keep you warm during the cold winter months. We use 2-row for our base malt then add various dark roasted malts including chocolate, black and dark caramel to bring out the coffee notes. Hopped with Nugget and East Kent Goldings.
