All Spruced Up is a wedding beer brewed in honor of Rob & Celine. This beer is an American IPA brewed with Cascade hops and PA spruce tips for a piney, resinous flavor.

The American Brown ale got its start when U.S. homebrewers were inspired by English style beers like brown ales and porters. With a rich roasted malt base that features characters of caramel and chocolate, this ale will have a medium intensity in both flavor and aroma. The hops will give off a low to medium flavor but a medium to high bitterness.
“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany. This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City. Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.” This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.

Inspired by Mike’s late wife, Darcel, this traditional stout has the addition of milk sugar to add a touch of sweetness to balance out the bitterness of roasted coffee.
