“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany. This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City. Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.” This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.
This refreshingly tart, lightly soured beer features a low abv and fun color. The addition of tropical punch flavor gives it the bright red hue and fruity taste. A change from the classic styles, this beer can be a favorite among beer lovers and non-beer drinkers alike!
