"The Bog" Cranberry Wheat Ale

Our Wheat Ale base fermented with cranberries and orange peel designed to get you through the colder months ahead.  This smooth, medium bodied ale with a taste of sweet and tart cranberries with a slight hint of citrus will be a seasonal favorite.

24 Hour Session IPA

If you love a good IPA but usually can only enjoy a few due to higher ABV, this beer we created is for you! Our hazy “24 Hour Session IPA” coming in at under 5% ABV is low in bitterness but high in hoppy goodness after being hopped aggressively with Falconers Flight, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado. It features notes of Tropical Fruit, Mango, Papaya, Grapefruit, Pine, Stone Fruit and Candy. Stop in and get it while you can, with these delicious flavors your drinking session may outlast this beer! 

Apple Butter Cream Ale

We took our classic light bodied cream ale with it’s smooth, silky mouthfeel and low hop bitterness and added another level of flavor! Brewed in honor of Somerset Trust Bank’s 130th Anniversary we wanted to keep it local and in true Somerset County style we used locally-made apple butter to give an added sweetness and caramelized apple flavor to this traditional style ale. 

Beerlin Oktoberfest

A nod to the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, this classic styled lager features an amber color, with a medium-body and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with rich malty flavors of bread and biscuit finished by a clean, hop bitterness. 

Blurberry Cider

Breakfast Time Porter

This smoky, rich porter features maple syrup from the Hillegass Sugar Camp in Fairhope, PA.

Brueders Thal Brown Ale

Brown Ale

The American Brown ale got its start when U.S. homebrewers were inspired by English style beers like brown ales and porters. With a rich roasted malt base that features characters of caramel and chocolate, this ale will have a medium intensity in both flavor and aroma. The hops will give off a low to medium flavor but a medium to high bitterness.  

Catching Helles

Helles Lager

"Helles" meaning pale in color, this lager features a rounder, fuller body than traditional light lagers. It has a light sweetness to balance out the spiciness of the German hops and the slight bitterness giving it a more malty, crisp finish.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Stout

Chcocolate Lovers Rejoice! Sarris Candies and Whitehorse Brewing have teamed up to produce this one-of-a-kind stout using premium Sarris cocoa and strawberry puree.

Deeter's Gap Dunkel

Recognized as the original gateway to the American frontier, passing through Deeter's Gap offered travelers a last chance to stock up on provisions for their upcoming adventure.  It was fortunate they could depend on Revolunionary War veteran John Deeter to provide the necessary hand-made goods and services to ensure a safe journey.

Driven Brut IPA

A champagne-like, light bodied beer with plenty of hop aromatics is effervescent with minimal bitterness and malt characteristics.  Cold-brewed Orange Pekote tea was added after fermentation to give it a hint of citrus flavor.

This lager has us taking things down a notch. We reduce the malt bill and drop the alcohol percent to 3.8 to make a drinkable, refreshing crisp lager with a touch of biscuit malt to keep the craft beer allure. Since you couldn't handle the horse we got you a pony!

Winter Ale

This winter ale is the perfect beer to warm you up in our cold Pennsylvania months. With a big malt presence and the addition of orange peel, clove, all spice and cinnamon this beer will have you thinking of days snuggled under a blanket watching 'A Christmas Story' on repeat. 

Glimmer of Hop: Loral

Our sixth Glimmer of Hop release features Loral hops.  Loral hops are known for its wonderful floral herbal notes with lemon-citrus and dark fruit characteristics. 

Grove Road Blood Orange Pilsner

A clean crisp lager with citrus flavors conditioned on Blood Orange craft puree.

Honey Bear Kolsch

ABV: 4.7%

“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany.  This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City.   Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.”  This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.

Honey Lager

Our Honey Lager presents a unique twist to the traditional lager.  During flameout, we add a generous amount of honey made from the blossom of the buckwheat plant, to provide a slightly sweet finish. This brew is our best seller!

Irwish I Weren't So Stout

Green beer is for people who don't understand that beer is fun already, so this St. Patrick's day we are keeping ours dark! Affectionately named "Irwish I Weren't So Stout", this rich, full bodied dry Irish stout has notes of coffee and a creamy mouthfeel with the roasted flavors shining through. Wherever you go and whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be there with you!

Knuckleberry Ale

Named after Knuckleheads Saloon in Holsopple, PA. This pale ale features a balance of hops, complemented by the tart berry flavor of elderberries.

Maple Wheat

During the early part of spring, one of our neighboring towns hosts a celebration ringing in the maple syrup season with the Maple Festival. This cloudy wheat ale has us joining in on the festivities. It is flavored with a dark grade of maple syrup to make sure its presence is known. Lightly hopped and drinkable.

MFB (Mitchell's First Beer)

Cream Ale with Orange Puree

This beer tastes like an orange-vanilla twist ice cream cone! Using orange puree in our cream ale recipe gives it a unique citrusy flavor profile.

Olde Bakery Ale

Olde Bakery Ale is an Amber to Dark Amber Ale with a sturdy malt backbone and a clash of American nugget hops and English fuggle hops. We give this a local flair by making our own burnt sugar and adding it to the finished beer to sweeten the deal. Berlin has a cake specific to the area; we pay our respects to that delicious treat with this beer. 

Packsaddle Pale Ale

This old school American Pale Ale has a touch a caramel malt for sweetness, munich malt for a toasted maltiness and classic cascade and crystal hops give it a pleasant citrus, floral and spicy hop flavor. Sure to please any pale ale lover.

Pious IPA

This classic IPA features malts that give it a toasted, malty flavor with a golden color and touch of sweetness. The Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial hops shine through providing a heavy citrus flavor and aroma with tropical fruit, floral and piney notes.

Pit Pony Stout

This oatmeal stout is sure to keep you warm during the cold winter months.  We use 2-row for our base malt then add various dark roasted malts including chocolate, black and dark caramel to bring out the coffee notes. Hopped with Nugget and East Kent Goldings.

Pumpkin Coffee Brown Ale

Rebellion Red Ale

Our red ale uses crystal malt and roasted barley to present a beautiful red color and tasting notes of caramel, toffee and roast. With You Always Coffee Milk Stout

Brewed in honor of everyone we have lost, this coffee milk stout is meant to be a remembrance of our loved ones. Inspired by Mike’s late wife, Darcel, this traditional stout has the addition of milk sugar to add a touch of sweetness to balance out the bitterness of roasted coffee. With a smooth, creamy finish this combines a favorite morning beverage with a highly loved evening beverage to make it the perfect blend to use in toasting and honoring those who have passed.
