This stronger meltier flavored beer is lower in hops and richer than your typical lager. We added 70% dark chocolate to give it a nice balance. Poured in a 10-ounce glass.
The American Brown ale got its start when U.S. homebrewers were inspired by English style beers like brown ales and porters. With a rich roasted malt base that features characters of caramel and chocolate, this ale will have a medium intensity in both flavor and aroma. The hops will give off a low to medium flavor but a medium to high bitterness.
The next release in our Glimmer of Hop series features Mosaic, one of the most popular hops in the world. We paired it with Azacca hops to really amp up the bright citrus and mango flavors while also bringing a little pineapple and pine to the party! We just couldn’t help ourselves and decided to add some mango puree to make this IPA the perfect complement to a beautiful summer day.
IPA lovers rejoice!! Our newest series, "Glimmer of Hop" will feature the same base beer for each release while highlighting a new hop variety. The base beer has a full-bodied, complex taste that is often described as having a nutty and biscuity finish. The hops used will provide different aromas and flavor profiles. First up will be Simcoe, featuring notes of berry, passionfruit and citrus with earthy and pine aromas.
Our Honey Lager presents a unique twist to the traditional lager. During flameout, we add a generous amount of honey made from the blossom of the buckwheat plant, to provide a slightly sweet finish.

Irish Style Stout
Green beer is for people who don't understand that beer is fun already, so this St. Patrick's day we are keeping ours dark! Affectionately named "Irwish I Weren't So Stout", this rich, full bodied dry Irish stout has notes of coffee and a creamy mouthfeel with the roasted flavors shining through. Wherever you go and whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be there with you!
This classic IPA features malts that give it a toasted, malty flavor with a golden color and touch of sweetness. The Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial hops shine through providing a heavy citrus flavor and aroma with tropical fruit, floral and piney notes.
This German style beer is great for transitioning from dark heavy winter beers to lighter summer beers. Traditionally available in the spring ("Märzen" meaning "March"), this amber colored lager features a medium body with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and rich malty flavors of bread and biscuit finished by a clean, hop bitterness.
Clean and crisp just as any pilsner should be. Our Whitehorse Pilsner offers a sweet and refreshing take on America’s favorite style. Lightly hopped and aged with care.
For this Father’s Day we've decided to combine two of our favorite styles, stouts and IPAs, to bring you 'Hoppy Father’s Day'. This 8.5% beer has all the stout qualities you love but with a massive dry hop addition of Simcoe and Citra hops to round it out with characteristics usually found in IPAs. The introduction of the hops gives it notes of earth, pine, and citrus while still featuring all the attributes of a full-bodied roasty stout. Cheers to all the awesome dads out there, this one's for you!
We are going for full flavor with this robust porter! Not quite as heavy as a stout, this porter features more roasted malt flavors than a typical brown porter which is often reminiscent of cocoa. The sharp bitterness of the black malt and evident hop bitterness are mellowed out by the malty sweetness and caramel notes. Get ready to bring on the warmer weather with our “Pacesetter Porter” – we think dark beers taste great all year round!
It's tart and sweet with a little bit of heat, this beer got its inspiration from a raspberry jalapeno jam. With a wheat heavy base this crisp, refreshing beer has a medium body with bready notes and low bitterness. The addition of raspberry gives it a fruity flavor while the jalapeno gives it just a little kick.
One the best parts of our small batches is the experimentation. In this batch we are trying out a new yeast in hopes of bringing you some NEIPAs and other hazy IPAs and Pale Ales in the near future. This hazy pale ale features citra hops giving it flavors of citrus, grapefruit, and other tropical fruits. Be sure to give us some feedback and you just might see this one on the big system soon.
Our first wedding beer was brewed in honor of the soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs. Bradburn, Mike & Hannah! With their help (and the help of their wedding party) we created, “Wheat, Drink & Be Married”, a Blueberry Honey Wheat beer! With a wheat heavy base this crisp, refreshing beer has a medium body with bready notes and low bitterness, the addition of honey & blueberry puree gives it an added sweetness, just like their love for each other! May every glass be a toast to a lifetime of happiness!
