Our hazy “24 Hour Session IPA” coming in at under 5% ABV is low in bitterness but high in hoppy goodness after being hopped aggressively with Falconers Flight, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado. It features notes of Tropical Fruit, Mango, Papaya, Grapefruit, Pine, Stone Fruit and Candy. We took our classic light bodied cream ale with it’s smooth, silky mouthfeel and low hop bitterness and added another level of flavor! Brewed in honor of Somerset Trust Bank’s 130th Anniversary we wanted to keep it local and in true Somerset County style we used locally-made apple butter to give an added sweetness and caramelized apple flavor to this traditional style ale.
The American Brown ale got its start when U.S. homebrewers were inspired by English style beers like brown ales and porters. With a rich roasted malt base that features characters of caramel and chocolate, this ale will have a medium intensity in both flavor and aroma. The hops will give off a low to medium flavor but a medium to high bitterness.
"Helles" meaning pale in color, this lager features a rounder, fuller body than traditional light lagers. It has a light sweetness to balance out the spiciness of the German hops and the slight bitterness giving it a more malty, crisp finish.

“Kölsch is a regional beer that is brewed in Cologne (Köln) Germany. This style of beer became a favorite for our patron, Ron Schaub, during his travels to the Cathedral City. Ron’s wife, Debbie, affectionately refers to him as her “Honey Bear.” This beer is easy drinking, light in color and includes a splash of honey.
Our Honey Lager presents a unique twist to the traditional lager. During flameout, we add a generous amount of honey made from the blossom of the buckwheat plant, to provide a slightly sweet finish. This brew is our best seller!
Pale Ale with elderberries
Named after Knuckleheads Saloon in Holsopple, PA. This pale ale features a balance of hops, complemented by the tart berry flavor of elderberries.

Little Crossings Tavern Ale is a specialty ale consisting of two-row barley with a small amount of caramel to give the beer its slightly golden-orange color. This beer is made with locally malted buckwheat with a sweetness of locally harvested honey to balance the sweetness.
